Basic Version:
Concrete foundation and substructure with steel reinforcement (slightly simplified compared to the plan).
House and roof structure built using treated pine; roof covered with PVC panels from Panaroof.
Exterior clad in tongue-and-groove pine; interior structure left exposed. Painted as shown in the design
Floor tiled inside the house; Bathroom tiled to a height of 4 feet, with the shower area tiled to 8 feet.
Standard PVC windows (with dimensions slightly different from those in the design/plan), plus a terrace door, an entrance door, the interior doors made of pine.
Electrical installation inside the house - including a fully equipped fuse box and all outlets/junction boxes.
Plumbing system, including a roof-fed 660-gallon tank, pump, filter, and gas water heater, extending to the shut-off valves. Wastewater piping routed to the exterior of the house, ready for connection to a public sewer system or a septic tank.
Price for the house as designed and specified: USD 52.400,-- (tax included).
Second Version - Fully Equipped :

House and roof structure built using steel and carriola (metal framing); roof covered with bitumen shingles.
Exterior clad in Plycem; interior walls finished with drywall; fully insulated. Painted outside as shown, inside white….
Tiled flooring inside and also on the terrace; bathroom tiled up to a height of 4 ft, with the shower area tiled up to 8 ft.
Aluminum windows and exterior doors with double glazing; interior doors made of WPC (wood-plastic composite).
Complete electrical installation, including switches, outlets, and lighting and fan; includes a 12,000 BTU air conditioning unit and a Monolit, requires the power connection from the utility provider, Naturgy.
Equipped with 2 water tanks, a pump with Pressure tank and a filtration system; the wastewater system is prepared for connection to the public sewer line, though a septic system is also an option.
The house is delivered fully furnished and ready to move in
Price for construction and furnishing as per the plan and description: USD 89.667,-- (tax included).

And another huge Project on Island Cristobal: 3 houses built on a steel frame with H beams, the rest in Carriola. Plycem cladding outside, / inside Plasterboard, Roof in PVC - It is completely insulated because it is being equipped with air conditioning systems... Currently awaiting the delivery of the double glazed aluminum windows which are custom made, as well as for the ceramic tiles.... We are starting pool renovation work on 2 pools this week...
